Larry Massey has over 17 years of experience providing custom IT management and project solutions to government customers. He is experienced in managing projects from initiation to closeout, and he is a skilled team leader who is adept at employee engagement and establishing collaborative initiatives.

Mr. Massey's specialty is helping Departments and Agencies navigate IT transitions, and his experience working with Chief Information Officers and Program Managers to determine service quality has made him an expert in contract support and delivery.
